General Planning
Master Plan: The overall project covers an area of 127,060 m2 with approximately 200,000 m2 total floor area. Of which, the land coverage and floor area for Project Phase-I are 34760 m2 and 52133 m2 respectively. Construction commenced in December 2008 and will be completed and ready for occupancy in March 2010. Phase-II and Phase-III will be launched in 2010 by stages. It is estimated that the park will be an industrial base clustered with IT and software service outsourcing, back of the house office, and data center for the bank in Nanhui Industrial Zone after completion.
BBP (Phase-I):
Phase-I contains five American standard R & D buildings, with a total floor area of 52,133 m2, floor area ratio 1.5 and 40% landscape area . They are four 4 story and one 5 story buildings, with a floor height of 4.2m (the height for ground floor will be 4.8M). Space can be divided as required by occupants so as to meet their multiple business demands, such as office purpose, research & development and production. The park will be completed with various supporting amenities, including staff canteens, sports center and riverside docks for kayak, so as to provide the occupants with a full range of services from business to recreation and reduce their operating costs in all aspects.

Layout of the Park:
The lawn at the entrance of the park is planned as a central landscape axle, and waterfront recreational area as major landscape belt so as to form a core ecological path, giving the park space an opening and orderly artistic atmosphere, with infinite scenery changes. In addition, by use of the aplenty green belts and unique waterfront concept, the park landscape is considered to perfectly combine the visual effect with practical functions so as to reflect the design idea of harmonious coexistence between human and nature.
Technical Advantages:
