eurochinacom traineeship programm

The eurochinacom traineeship programm places Chinese students from èlite universities (most belong to 985 Program, others belong to 211 Program) in German companies for a traineeship for a period of 5 months.

Companies looking for a trainee give us a detailed profile which will be forwarded to the cooperating universities. Students submit their application to the responsible person of their university using a standardized application form. The preselected candidates are presented to the companies for final decision.

Once the company has selected a student(s), eurochinacom will obtain the work permit for a 5-months traineeship for the student from the ZAV (Zentralstelle fuer Arbeitsvermittlung). In addition eurochinacom assists in applying for the visa.

eurochinacom arranges the journey from China to the company’s domicile.

Absolute requirements for a successfull traineeship are good communication and language skills as well as a basic knowledge of German habits and everyday life. Against this background the students are obliged to attend a language course prior to their departure.

During the first days in Germany the students will attend a seminar preparing them for important intercultural differences as well as practical everyday problems.
